If you decide to refuse any shipments from W STUDIO, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and brokerage fees that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to W STUDIO. This amount will be subtracted from your purchase refund.

Receiving Guidelines

Once your package has been received, please immediately unpack all content(s) of the package to ensure that you have received the correct item(s). If there are any discrepancies, damages or shortages, they must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) to customer@wstudiostyle.com, and we will take necessary action to rectify the problem. Please note that if you do not immediately notify us of any damages or shortages, then you are accepting the shipment “as is”.

When selecting Paypal/Alipay at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal/Alipay website to log in and review the amount shown before clicking on Pay Now. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns & Exchanges For

U.S. Orders

 

Please email customer@wstudiostyle.com with the subject line "Return Label Request" to receive a free return shipping label. The email must be sent within 15 calendar days of the date when you received the package.

To receive a full refund, the purchased item must be unworn and in original condition and packaging, with the original tags attached.

The returned package must be shipped out within 15 calendar days from the date the return label was sent to you. We will not accept returned packages that are shipped out after 15 calendar days from the date the return label has been sent.

Once your returned merchandise has been received, we will inspect the item to ensure the above return conditions have been met. We will notify you via e-mail of the status of your return, whether it has been accepted or rejected.

For accepted returns, we will refund your purchase within 3 business days of receiving and accepting your return. Please note that the refund timeline depends on the payment method used for the purchase, and may depend on the credit card company’s policies. If we perceive a returned item to be damaged or worn, or if it is missing the original tags, we reserve the right to not refund you for this purchase. In such instance, we will advise you via e-mail.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to exchange it for another item or size, please note that the same details and timelines apply as in our return policy above.

Exchange orders are processed within 5 business days of receipt and arriving within the following 5 days.

Returns & Exchanges For Non-U.S. Orders

Items from international orders are available for return and exchange. Please note that the same details apply as in our U.S. return & exchange policy.

Exchange orders are processed within 5 business days of receipt and arriving within the following 10 days.

Customers wishing to process an exchange from an international order will be refunded for the returned item(s) and charged for a new, replacement order.

The original International shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

 
PRICE ADJUSTMENT

We are happy to honor price adjustments for items purchased or shipped within 7 days of a price markdown. Adjustments are made upon customer’s request via email.

Price adjustments for items that were purchased using a promotional code will be adjusted from the original selling price, excluding promotional discounts.

FABRIC CARE

Washing 

Instructions

We recommend professional dry clean. When dry clean is not available, please hand wash gently. Turn the garment inside out to wash the fabric where stains and odors build up on the inside, closest to the body. Prepare a clean basin or sink with cold water and a gentle soap. Mix shampoo and water until combined. Submerge garment and gently wash using your hands. Thoroughly rinse the garment in clean, cold water. Be sure that all the soap has rinsed out then press out excess water. Do not twist or wring out water. To dry, place the garment on top of a dry towel making sure the towel is flat and the garment is in its original shape. Lay a second dry towel on top and press down to absorb any excess water left in the fibers. Removing excess water is very important because cashmere should not be wet for long periods of time. To finish drying, place the garment flat on another dry towel or drying rack.

Lint Removal

 

Store your garment in a dry, cool place to avoid moisture and moth breeding.  If you find moth holes in your garments, wash them and the drawers where they were kept. You can put individual garments in air-tight plastic bags in the freezer for a few days, which will eradicate pests. Make sure to throw away the bags afterward.

 

Lay the dry garment on a flat surface, such as a table or bed. Smooth away the wrinkles with your hands. Choose an electronic fabric shaver to remove the fuzz balls. Drag the electric shaver over the top of each pill to draw it into the cutting blades. Clear pills from both sides of the garment. Empty the pill collector on the electronic fabric shaver after cleaning the garment.
Avoid pilling on sweaters by washing them inside out on a delicate wash cycle or by hand, as dictated by the instructions on the garment.
Never try to remove white fuzz balls from a sweater while wearing it. You may accidentally cut yourself or snag the material.
